The library, part of the Troup-Harris Regional Library System, offers a full-range of library services to all citizens of the county to meet their informational, educational, and recreational needs. The library is a member of the Public Information Network for Electronic Services (PINES) to increase the community’s access to information. The library offers the Libby app to download e-books, audiobooks, and magazines for free.
