The eight- member statutorily created development authority was created to promote trade, commerce, industry, and employment opportunities for the public good and general welfare of the County. The Development Authority markets and develops the county’s two industrial business parks – the Northwest Harris Business Park located near West Point and the Hamilton Business Park located in Hamilton.
