The District Attorney is elected by the voters of the Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit that consist of Harris, Chattahoochee, Muscogee, Marion, Talbot, and Taylor Counties for four-year terms. The District Attorney represents the State in all criminal cases in Superior Court and in all cases taken up from the Superior Court to the Georgia Supreme Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court. This Office also supervises the county’s Victim-Witness Program.
