Probate office handles a variety of matters to include: probate of wills, administration of estates, guardians of incapcitated adults, temporary guardianships of minors, issuance of GA Weapons Carry Licenses ($75), issuance of marriage licenses ($61), copies of documents which are public record ($1.00 per page), certified copies of documents ($11.00), citations issued by Harris County deputies and the Georgia State Patrol within the County and for Game and Fish citations issued by Georgia DNR rangers.
