Administration Department

The Administration Department is responsible for general administration, human resources, finance, payroll, employee benefits, and purchasing for the county. The department supervises daily operations, manages major capital projects, prepares the annual budget and audit, prepares board agendas and minutes, responds to open record requests, recruits and trains new employees, prepares bids and RFPs/RFQs, and processes account receivables/ payables.
